Print Production

Dello and Associates represents and partners with a network of specialty commercial printers nationwide. Our plants feature both web and sheet fed presses. All of our presses are operated by technicians with a high level of skill and experience. The end results are high quality products. Our plants are committed to quality, with both our people and our equipment. Our web presses are equipped with electronic web tension and alignment guides to assure accuracy as the web passes through the press. Our sheet fed presses are engineered for optimum dot reproduction and are capable of producing heavy/solid ink coverage. Our sheet fed presses lend themselves to the economical production of small to medium runs of marketing and promotional materials. Label Printing

To help produce our clients' challenging graphics, our plant is equipped with multi-color rotary letterpresses including rotary screen and hot stamping capabilities. Digital Pre-Press

In addition to working from transparencies and reflective art, Dello and Associates has the capability of working from computer-generated images on disk. We can merge separations or halftones onto your disk, prior to outputting to film, or prepare your entire job for you on disk. Our team has the knowledge and experience with this Imaging system. Our capabilities include a Kodak Approval proofing system which provides the most accurate pre-film proofs. We also have Linotronic imagesetters with resolutions of up to 3386 DPI and output film sizes up to 40"x 50".
